I’m delighted to tell you that AdoreEncore has got a new owner, Isobel Duffy. I am passing this page onto her. She is going to have a great time carrying on providing nearly new clothing to the ladies of the Aude from her home in Quillan. Her first sale will be before Xmas so keep an eye out for the date. As long as you like this page then you’ll get Isobel’s posts on the Adore Encore page. Huge huge thanks to the incredible support I have had firstly with Second Chance then with Adore Encore. It’s been 6 years since the first event and it’s time to pass it on. You have been truly fabulous in so many ways not just customers but friends, donators, helpers and so much more, lots of hilarious memories . Au Revoir my dear Adorables .

Thanks so much everybody , the sale yesterday was brilliant. We have added €114 to the charity bucket so the total is now 214€. I think we have hit on the right format , the everything at 3€ with €0.50 credit for every garment contributed and €0.50 to charity really works. Everybody gets brilliant bargains, we are doing our bit to save the planet, contributing to charity and I’m getting paid for all the work too. It’s difficult now to bring things from the U.K. so I’m really dependent on your good quality contributions, so please please clear out your wardrobes & get your Adore credit stacked up for next time and I’ll pop by in the Smart car & collect or do drop by for a cuppa & rock cake . Extra special thanks to the totally fabulous Caroline Lawton. I had tonnes of help with hanging stuff, washing up, counting clothes , collecting glasses…such a lovely bunch, it’s humbling♥️♥️♥️♥️

Winter sale Thursday 1st Dec , 10 till 7, Impasse de la Distillerie, 11260, Campagne-sur-Aude. Absolutely everything 3€ wether it’s a coat or a scarf! Because €0.50 per item sold is for charity , there is already 100€ in the pot from the last sale. For every item you bring to be sold you receive €0.50 credit to spend at any Adore sale. Some of you have credit from last time to spend. Parking in front of the house if room or the Arts Cadres yard , 1st left after the bridge into Campagne from Quillan direction. Free drinks & treats , changing rooms, room to sit and chat by the fire. As ever no pressure to buy but hope you can make it Much Love Nicky ♥️♥️

Huge Huge Thanks to everybody for today. It was a great success, so many happy people found such great things . I’m really delighted that the 0.50 cents credit per item worked so well , so many people contributed great stuff and then spent all their credit and much more. After expenses and not knowing how many shoes sold for just a euro , the charity contribution is 100 euros because I sold about 200 items. I’m interested in finding a small local charity that will benefit. I’m going to find out more about the children’s home in Quillan so I’ll post more about that soon . I’ll now be having a big clear out and passing stuff on to various charities too , so clear out your wardrobes everybody and get lots of credit to spend next time. I now definitely need more quality items that you are just never going to wear but that someone else will love. I even spotted a nice top for myself as I was clearing up but I’m too tired to try it on 😂💤. All the clothes are now stored away , the clean up can wait till tomorrow. Thanks again everybody and special thanks to Caroline Somerset-Lawton for her incredible help and Mischa Wetherill for delicious scones. I’m tired and very happy ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Sale is on 20th May, sorry for the postponement but some more things arrived. Really really hope you can make, please spread the word everybody. Shop and relax in the garden , going to be very hot , plenty fizz on offer or just lots of water with ice , shopping is thirsty business ###x

So sorry everybody the sale today is postponed until Friday 20th May. I had exposure to Covid yesterday. I’m negative but will be testing every day to make sure we all have a safe as possible & fun day together. I’ll just be living in a shop for a week ! I made Roquefort cakes for you too! And got lots of Fizz in the fridge ❤️❤️
