We met Charlie Daudré-Vignier designer of after a long online relationship through , as we do.

She started her career in IT, trying to resist the urge to pursue her passion for the very polluting industry. However, she quickly realized that she had a story to tell and that the media she was meant to tell was through . But for her as for many emerging , creating doesn't mean inducing new fabrics, it means succeeding to give a new vision to products that already exist: shoes, silk foulards, socks, etc.

Fun fact, the shoe corset on the third pic she created during her 6-month recovery from foot surgery.

Find her and her creations in our pop-up opening tomorrow Thursday 3 from 18h-21h.

" Kistaku, or "ki-staku" comes from the Totonac language, and means "my star". Although they probably refer to the astrological star, I refer to the starfish, which heals its own limbs when damaged or broken.. What the starfish does naturally, we do with Upcycling. Self-regenerating, transforming and rebuilding."
