NEST and NEST PURE LOUNGE, moving sitting | Following a special idea and his instinct, the Swedish industrial designer, sculptor and freethinker Volker Hundertmark has designed this extraordinary armchair. NEST is based on an ingeniously simple construction. The seat shell, made of folded shaped fleece, which is fixed at only 6 points to the respective base frame, is covered with a non-slip inlay of upholstery quilted in diamonds. By shifting its own weight, the lounge chair unfolds its extraordinary feeling of comfort. The shaped fleece moves with the body and adapts to the body. Deliberately natural and constructed stability are used here. For the NEST PURE the felt remains consciously visible and offers an exciting contrast to the inlay. For the NEST, the fleece is uniformly covered with the upholstery inlay. The ottoman is in harmony with his armchair. The design of the furniture offers additional relaxation - feet up and lounging.
