Clients are calling me and asking if the price for the SECONDARY real estate will go down ..

Well, I see it like this. The market of the French Riviera is stable and quite dynamic, just nearly 1 mln transactions were made in 2019 due to the Notaires.fr.

But still, some owners , who will suffer with Coronavirus outbreak, may decide to sell their properties urgently in a short period of time which leads to a low price. But on the other hand the clients who has the purchasing power will have more opportunities to buy the properties with a good price. 🤑

Но, тем не менее, некоторые владельцы недвижимости, бизнесы которых пострадают от вспышки Коронавируса, могут решить продать свою недвижимость в срочном порядке в течение короткого периода времени, что приведёт к низкой цене. С другой стороны, у клиентов, обладающих покупательной способностью, будет больше возможностей купить недвижимость по хорошей цене. 🤑
