While we do not have a physical storefront, our Makoi location also functions as a convenient pick-up point for customers once their items arrive in Fiji. behalf of our customers in Fiji. Place Your Order – All orders must be made through our social media platform (e.g., Facebook or Instagram). Simply send us a screenshot or link of the item you want from any Australian website, along with a short description.
2. Get a Quote – We’ll provide you with the total cost in Fijian Dollars (FJD).
3. Pay Your Deposit – Once you're ready to proceed, pay a 60% deposit to confirm your order.
4. Monthly Shipping – Orders are shipped from Sydney to Nadi once a month via air freight.
5. Pick-Up or Delivery – When your items arrive and clear customs (usually within 4–5 business days), you’ll be notified for pick-up from Makoi or delivery via Fiji Post. Why Social Media Orders? All business transactions are handled exclusively through our social media messages. This allows customers to clearly describe the products they need and avoids confusion or mistakes that can happen over the phone. Messages also act as a proof of order, providing a clear chat record of what was requested, the price, and payment details for both parties.
