Greetings after a long time, dear friends!

It’s been an interesting year at the R-Go Instruments workshop.
Still, today we’re unveiling, for the first time in public, a brand new model for fans of more traditional guitars - the R-Go S-Type!

In its design, the S-Type returns more toward the world of classic electric guitars, but of course the neck has the familiar, ultra-ergonomic Fibo profile.

And as you can surely tell from the photos, in addition to making highly ergonomic guitars we are also undeniably masters in the use of camouflage netting. 😎

Earlier this year we also ran into a small setback, as the CNC lathe essential for crafting our master-grade Fibo necks broke down, putting all projects on a short break.

However, we have not forgotten the raffle we promised, in which the prize this time is a Fibo Conversion Neck for Strat and Tele-style guitars. Due to the minor setbacks we encountered, we need to postpone the raffle to next year, and its date will be announced later.

Hello again!

Sometimes, in the midst of all the hustle and bustle, our pre-marketing efforts may remain a bit low-key, but we strive to be all the more active when it comes to so-called post-marketing!

Last weekend, we once again teamed up with our master luthier’s own brand, GAS Guitarworks, and headed to southern Finland for the Finland Tonefest trade show, held at the Aino Areena in Järvenpää.

And what a delight it was to see so many cheerful people stopping by our booth to check out our latest invention! One of the highlights that caught a lot of attention was our conversion neck based on the Fibo M profile, which was showcased both as a standalone piece and attached to a Strat-style body.

🚨The Guitar Giveaway has ended – but believe it or not, a new one is about to start!🚨

The year 2024 was significant for us in many ways. We toured trade shows around the world to promote our groundbreaking invention: the ultra-ergonomic Fibo neck profile. During the year, we also filed a national design protection application for the neck profile as well as a patent application for R-Go's innovative measurement method, which enables the creation of a custom neck profile.

The Fibo neck was officially launched at NAMM last January, and at the same time, we kicked off the guitar giveaway with the goal of spreading the word about our new invention to the world.

The campaign’s popularity exceeded all our expectations. It’s been amazing to see how warmly you’ve welcomed us and the concept of our new innovation. In the end, there were an incredible number of you – more than 10,000 participants worldwide! A heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you! ❤️

The winner will be contacted personally as soon as possible, meaning during next week.

And of course, when one door closes, another one opens.

This time, we’re continuing with giveaways and will be raffling off an incredible new product among our followers – a conversion neck for Tele or Strat-style guitars based on the Fibo neck profile.

Great Finnish Inventions 🇫🇮

Finland is known worldwide, and will continue to be known in the future, for at least two remarkable inventions.

The first, of course, is the Sauna, and the second is the top-notch ergonomic Fibo neck developed by R-Go Instruments, which has just been granted two designs by the EUIPO. 🇪🇺

The Fibo neck is based on research into hand anatomy and physiology. The part of the neck labeled as the Double Wedge Access is included in the overall neck design and has also been granted a separate design. It enables optimal access to the upper registers and makes the more difficult-to-reach parts of the fretboard more accessible.

Additionally, the first 7-string R-Go 112-7 has just seen the light of day and has already received excellent feedback from testers! Naturally, the brand-new guitar’s first destination was - where else - the sauna! 😎

Hello to all our Finnish 🇫🇮 friends, and of course to all globetrotters and private jet owners!

Sometimes good things happen on short notice. We're known for breaking boundaries, and this time, our guitars will be on display - where else but at a drum show in Ideapark Lempäälä tomorrow, and on Sunday too!

We received an invitation from Riento Guitars to join the Rescuedrums event, which will take place at the Bläk Boks in Lempäälä's Ideapark.

Come check out our new conversion neck and test out our top-notch ergonomic guitars equipped with Fibo necks in sizes S, M, and L.
