Simple Muffins Recipe.......😋😋😋

👉Ingredients:
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 4 large eggs
• 1¼ cups sugar
• 2 tsp essence of your choice (vanilla, lemon, or almond)
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup vegetable oil

💁‍♂️Instructions:

Set to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tray with paper cups.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, oil, sugar, and essence until smooth.

In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined — don’t overmix.

Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.

Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let muffins cool for a few minutes before removing from the tray.

Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
Dry:
• 1½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
• 1 cup (200g) sugar
• ½ cup (50g) cocoa powder (unsweetened)
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
Wet:
• 2 large eggs
• ¾ cup (180ml) milk
• ½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil (or melted butter)
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• ¾ cup (180ml) hot water or hot coffee (makes it richer)

👩🏽‍🍳 Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 7–8 inch round pan.
2. Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt) in a bowl.
3. Add wet ingredients (eggs, milk, oil, vanilla) and whisk until smooth.
4. Pour in hot water or coffee gradually — batter will be thin, that’s fine.
5. Pour into pan and bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let cool completely before frosting or serving.

💛 Heart Butter Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients (for the cookies)
• All-purpose flour – 2 cups (250g)
• Cornstarch – ¼ cup (30g)
• Unsalted butter – 1 cup (225g), softened
• Powdered sugar – ¾ cup (90g)
• Egg yolk – 1
• Vanilla extract – 2 tsp
• Salt – a pinch

For the Buttercream Filling
• Unsalted butter – ½ cup (115g), softened
• Powdered sugar – 1½ cups (180g)
• Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
• Milk or cream – 1–2 tbsp

Instructions
Cream butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy. Add egg yolk, vanilla, and salt, and mix well. Sift in flour and cornstarch, then mix to form a soft, smooth dough. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness. Cut out heart shapes using a cookie cutter and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Let them cool completely.

For the filling, beat butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth and spreadable.

Spread a little buttercream on the bottom of one cookie and sandwich with another cookie. Repeat with all pairs.

Package them in a clear bag and tie with a ribbon for a beautiful gift or festive treat.
