Davide Groppi’s light finds a new home in Spazio Esperienze Mallorca, a new position, a new scenario, a new story. A place to exhibit the results of the work, culmination and vision of Davide Groppi. A place to demonstrate the ingenuity and imagination, the passion and organisation, the heart and mind behind what we do. We welcome designers and anyone interested in witnessing our lighting projects

first-hand. What we are looking for in our “Spazio Esperienze” is astonishment in the eyes of those who perceive what is behind our lamps: that subtle balance of light we attempt to create every day. We want to provide our visitors with an unforgettable experience, something intense and intimate to light up their dreams, and give them a reason to return.

On the occasion of 3daysofdesign in , Davide Groppi illuminates “Artistic Position in Space”, the collective project presented by File Under Pop in collaboration with Agape, Agape Casa, Garde Hvalsøe and V-ZUG.
Davide Groppi’s “tailored” is conceived as a subtle balance between direct, indirect and diffuse illumination, a silent dialogue between artwork and space. It is guided by essentiality, by the art of subtraction, and by the desire to let each work speak in its own light.

IL GRANDE BLU

Colour becomes experience: it envelops, absorbs, slows down.
At the edges, a warmer light brushes and passes through, without interruption.
Suspended, a primordial presence, almost like a meteor, captures the blue and reveals its materiality.

𝗦𝗘𝗧 | Design Davide Groppi

𝗦𝗘𝗧 es una lámpara de pie de interior concebida como herramienta de diseño.

La fuente de luz, ajustable e independiente, se desliza a lo largo del mástil gracias a un sistema de enrollador que mantiene el cable constantemente tenso: un gesto fluido que permite ajustar con precisión la altura y la intensidad de la luz.

La luz se convierte así en un elemento móvil, a punto para configurar el escenario lumínico.

Davide Groppi recrea la clásica lámpara de pie, reduciéndola a sus elementos primarios.
Una base, un tallo, un cabezal, STOP.
Un signo puro, un círculo en el espacio que se convierte en luz.
El disco es orientable 90°.

𝗔𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻, 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘇𝗮, 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗮́𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗼. 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗹𝘂𝘇 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮.

Una versión reducida para la iluminación indirecta de "Infinito", una solución que recorta el espacio de pared a pared.

El acabado Gravity Black hace que la apariencia del disco sea enigmática, presencia simbólica de la ausencia de luz.

La lámpara está equipada con un sistema magnético para ajustar su inclinación.

Un proyecto de hace muchos años, que ahora hemos reeditado en su versión inalámbrica.
