Another of our Stars Gino talking in Italian and French about our chocolate factory and homemade Gelato! Being Italian you know he knows!

Our Gelato is 100% natural and we strive to make everything ourselves! If the Ice Cream has biscuits in it - we made that ourselves from 100% organic gluten free local chickpea flour! If the Ice Cream has a sauce or jam - we made that from Fresh Fruit sourced locally where possible! We never use Palm Oil, colours or artificial flavours!

We roast our coffee beans in house in our chocolate factory! We get ethically sourced Ugandan Moon Beans from Omwani Coffee. We then roast them in the incredible Typhoon Roasters.

After resting we will then test the beans to make sure they reach our high standards and all going well they will be served in our cafe and on our shelves be the end of the week! Come on up and try the difference of a fresh roast!

Limited Edition Workshop with a viral Middle Eastern flair!

In less than a year, the so-called “Dubai bar” has become the most famous chocolate of modern times….
Learn where it comes from, how the craze for Dubai chocolate started and, most excitingly, learn how to make it yourself!

Many, many steps go into the making of the Dubai bar, and with our guidance you will master each one. See the entire process of making pistachio paste, from roasting to grinding, and learn how to spot the difference in quality between a premium pistachio paste and all the rest!

Learn how to delicately butter toast the knafeh, blending it together with pistachio paste, splatter painting the bar and piping with liquid chocolate to create some funky decorative elements.it

To complement the Middle Eastern gastronomic vibe, you will also discover a delicious way to uplevel a Medjoul date.

And if that weren’t quite enough, there is also hot chocolate on a stick, chocolate dipped fruit and a deco bar to create and take home too!!!

As always at Mayan Monkey Mijas, you will make your creations from our delicious organic & ethically sourced chocolate (note: Mayan Monkey Mijas is the only chocolate factory in Spain recognised by the NGO "Slave Free Chocolate" because of its transparent, ethical supply chain)..
