TEXTILE PRINT
Flex:
Top quality and long lasting: The 'Flex Print' is the easiest way to print upon textiles and other flat materials. That's why this technique is ideal for logos and letterings- the opaque colors are ideal for dark and light textiles alike. All we need is the design as a Vectorgraphic- then it shall be transferred onto a Flexfoil, that then melts upon the fabric under high pressure at temperatures up to 180 degrees celcius. The result; intense colors that even after 100 washes, hardly lose their effect. Made of flexible and resilient material, even the thinnest lines can't break. The 'Flockprint' is perfectly suited for small-scale print editions and has the reputation to be particularly hard-wearing. It is most compatible with a print ratio of three colors per print that works without a color spread. The Flockprint is still sustainable after many washes, independent upon the factor if printed upon clothing or accesories. The colors are still strongly present on either light or dark materials, as well as leather or wood. The media-template to be used has to be sent in as a Vectorgraphic, so that we can transfer it onto a 'Carrierfoil'. The layer of color used for the Flockfoil has the consistency of 0.6 to 1mm, that is then to be pressed upon the material. That then delivers a long lasting and colorful result. The Flockprint is therefore ideal for larger designs, while finer details are more difficult to enhance. Specials:

You can choose from a wide range of especially preffered 'Deluxefoils' to make your product even more stylish. For this we offer a large variety of foils with different effects.
