Christmas reflections ✨

In 2025, I chose bravery.
I walked away from my old salon, Lab48c — a place that filled my life with passion for so many years.

For a long time, I had been searching for a new direction.
A way to release the pressure I placed on myself, and to create more freedom, joy, and lightness in my life.

This has been the best year so far.
So much love. A rebirth of passion. Simplicity, without complications.

My only intention was to slow down.
No new projects. Just presence.
Until now…

Next year in April marks the birth of new dreams.
I will be even braver — stepping out into the world on my own, in search of a softer, more easeful way of living.

With all the beautiful people and places I already know on Ibiza, this next step feels like an inevitable calling. So even though this life travel is for me, on my own, I will not be alone.
I’m deeply excited to leave — and just as excited to return to Denmark from time to time, to share my love story with you.

And YES the journey leads me to Ibiza.
This island holds a magnetic pull I’ve never felt toward any place before.
Sunsets and sunrises — that’s what my eyes, my body, and my soul are longing for more of.

I’m so lucky in life. 🍀

My wardrobe 🌈
I don’t mind if my clothes is old or not fashionable.
I don’t mind wearing the same outfit again and again.
I don’t mind if I choose to crazy or if I regret the combination, I can just wear different tomorrow.
I don’t mind what you think of me, as long as I do me and I do it with LOVE.
I don’t mind if it’s to short, to long, to big, to tight, to ugly or to sexy.
I don’t judge you, like you don’t judge me❤️
I LOVE colors, it makes me happy on a rainy day. It reflects my childish and playful mind. It brings me joy. It is me. 🩷💚❤️🩵🧡💙💛🤎🖤🩶🤍
I think all of us should be able to feel free.
So Remember not to judge or speak your mind about something you don’t own. Spread love 💞

Let me know if you have a person in you mind. 🙏🏻📸It could be awesome finding a creative personality, who enjoys wearing clothing that has som kind of personality and shows diversity.
It can be freighted to stand in front of a camera in a photoshoot, so it is a advantage if you think it could be fun and you feel good about being in front of a camera.

✨ Food-club night in Aarhus ✨
This time we discovered El Local in Guldsmedgade – the sister restaurant to Marais. 🍷🍕 A cozy, colorful and low-key spot with the best pizza crusts in town (crispy, perfect thickness 👌). We shared a mixed menu – from their dreamy meatballs in tomato sauce to fresh, flavorful pizzas that made it impossible to choose a favorite.

Authentic vibes, warm service, natural wines, and a round table that made our night together extra hyggelig. 💛 Already can’t wait to go back – El Local is definitely top of our Aarhus list!

We couldn’t resist and went for four dishes (though three would have been plenty 🙈) – and both taste and presentation were spot on. Next time: breakfast is a must! 🌿

Vi endte helt tilfældigt på Petit Brix Bistro på Aarhus Ø – efter lidt sol, øl og sult-panik 😅 Heldigvis mødte vi Morten på gaden, som pegede os i den helt rigtige retning.
Vi fulgte hans anbefalinger 1:1: laksetatar, kulmule med bønner og et glas hvidvin – enkelt, lækkert og til super fair priser (ca. 300 kr. pr. person for forret, hovedret og vin).
Stemningen var livlig, personalet var så imødekommende, og jeg gik derfra med følelsen af, at her kommer jeg gerne igen. 🙌✨

✨ Discovering Aarhus, one bite at a time ✨

When I first moved to Aarhus, I was working in Vestergade – and every week I found myself at Lynfabrikken Café. Hidden away in a backyard with a raw, industrial vibe (almost like a little piece of Berlin in Denmark), this place quickly became one of my favorite spots.

The café is spread over two floors and even has a cozy rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun on warm days – or stay under cover when it rains. The atmosphere is relaxed, the music is always good, and it’s the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine, some delicious café food, or simply sit down with your laptop to get work done.

It’s one of those hidden gems you forget about for a while… until you rediscover it and fall in love with it all over again. For me, it’s the ultimate everyday spot to meet for a coffee, a glass of vino, or just soak up the chilled-out vibes. 🍷☕✨

MARAIS FOR DINNER ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️||

Last week I visited Marais in Guldsmedgade, Aarhus – a newly opened sister restaurant to a place my friend (who’s a chef) had been raving about. We couldn’t get a table there, but ended up here… and what a lucky twist!

Marais serves Eastern European small plates, and from start to finish, we were spoiled. The family-owned spot was run that night by both father and son, who welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and shared their passion for food and design. The interior is colourful, personal, and unlike anything else in Aarhus.

The food? Beautifully plated, full of texture – soft, crisp, fresh – and bursting with flavour. Even my chef friend with her sky-high standards was impressed.

The highlight for me: their lamb dumplings with fresh herbs. I’ve never had dumplings this good! Marais is without a doubt a new favourite in Aarhus, and I can’t wait to go back. 🥟✨

Last night we had the very first dinner with our brand new food club – founded by Susanne and me. The idea is simple: bringing people together, old friends and new faces, to enjoy great food and even better company once a month. Everyone’s welcome to join!

For our first gathering we went to Bardok in Aarhus – one of my absolute favorite spots in the city. I love the authentic atmosphere, the kind staff, and the fact that the owners are often there, adding their special spirit to the place. The food is Eastern European-inspired and perfect for sharing – we had everything from dumplings to fresh fish dishes, olives, and of course vodka shots with wine on the side. 🍷🥟

Yes, it’s a small and buzzing place, but that only makes the vibe even more alive. Eight of us squeezed around the table, and though most didn’t know each other before, the conversations flowed easily. A true success for our first night!

We’re already looking forward to the next dinner in September – and if you’d like to join, just let us know.
