This post is for all you UK DIYers, Builders, Developers and anyone who may require a new kitchen in the future...
We also supply direct kitchen furniture to your door... My partner Joe Greatbatch is based in Staffordshire, together we run a specialist company supplying Symphony kitchens RIGID ( not flat pack ) to your doorstep.

Below is a list of the process we operate to ensure you get both excellent service and very very competitive prices...
1. When your contact comes to me here.. I will call you to pass you all our contact details and gather info from you re your requirements.
2. You will receive a full brochure showing our total kitchen range via email.
3. Our design team here will create a live file for you and ask you to send your measurements of the space.
4. You will receive full plans and pictures of your new kitchen,at this point you can do any changes with them, until we have a finalized design. They will then ask you to double check your design measurements against the space.
5. They will then add the choices that we will have already discussed and send to you final plans and pictures.
We will then send you a full breakdown quotation.. If you want to proceed we will ask you to make a 50% order deposit to our UK bank account.
6.Your kitchen will be ordered ( approx 4/5 weeks) you will be sent a delivery notice showing a day and time for delivery. Please remember all our kitchen furniture arrives on your doorstep RIGID. There will be no delivery charge..
7. On receiving your delivery notice we will ask you to pay up the remaining 50%.
8. If you need assistance with technical issues or you require Worktops, Appliances, sinks, taps etc etc... Joe is always on hand to assist you... Again Appliances, worktops etc can be supplied and at a very competitive prices.
9. We then send you a fully paid up invoice which is your guarantee.
