2 baby gem lettuce hearts
1 Tango mandarin, chopped 🍊
Marinated sardines
2 tbsp pine nuts

2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Juice of half a lime

1️⃣ Sear the baby gem lettuce hearts in a pan or on a grill with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper (3-4 minutes per side).
2️⃣ Mix mustard, vinegar, oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and the mandarin orange pieces to make the vinaigrette.
3️⃣ Arrange the warm lettuce hearts, add the vinaigrette, distribute the sardines, and finish with pine nuts and an extra squeeze of lime.
