Key Responsibilities:
โœ” Conduct market research and competitive analysis
โœ” Prepare feasibility studies and business cases
โœ” Analyze real estate and property performance data
โœ” Develop strategic recommendations for assets and projects
โœ” Prepare reports, presentations, and management insights
โœ” Support business growth and investment decisions
Requirements:
๐Ÿ”น Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
๐Ÿ”น Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
๐Ÿ”น Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
๐Ÿ”น Excellent presentation and communication abilities
๐Ÿ”น Real estate consulting experience is a plus
