HIPS on uus, äge ja muhe restoran T1 keskuse neljandal korrusel. Oleme populaarse restoran Pelm’i “noorem õde” ning Hipsis toimetab sama äge ja professionaalne meeskond, mis Pelmiski. Meie kontseptsiooniks on “slow fast food”, mis tähendab seda, et pakume hipsterlikku ja kvaliteetset nn tänavatoitu, mis on valminud ainult parimast kohalikust toorainest ning meie imelise toiduvõluri ja peakoka Konstantin Kisseljovi välja töötatud retseptide alusel. Hipsi sisekujunduse autoriks on tunnustatud disainer Aet Piel.

HIPS is soon to be opened cool new restaurant on the 4th floor of T1 Centre in Tallinn. We are the “younger sister” of popular local restaurant Pelm, so we share the same cool and professional team. Our concept is “slow fast food”, which means that our kitchen serves good quality street-food, made of the best local ingredients. Recipes are the creation of our head-chef and food-wizard Konstantin Kisseljov. Restaurant’s interior design is created by renowed local designer Aet Piel.
