Beloved by many, the drink with little balls, or in other words - TAPIOCA😻

Tapioca is a starchy product extracted from the roots of the cassava plant. It’s a low-calorie food that’s easily digestible and widely used in tropical countries.

What are the health benefits of tapioca? The starch in tapioca is enriched with choline, essential for normalizing blood cholesterol levels, and with B vitamins, necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system.

Tapioca also contains phosphorus and calcium, important minerals for maintaining bone health. The potassium in the starch helps to remove excess fluid, regulate blood pressure, and improve the cardiovascular system.

An advantage of tapioca is that it contains almost no fats and is gluten-free, making it suitable for children’s nutrition and for people with gluten intolerance.
