A FUN COCOA IDEA

Our Traditional Cocoa Tea
(Wapap)

Basic Ingredients

Water
Spices
Cocoa sticks
Toloma
Essences
Sugar
Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
Evaporated Milk 1/2 cup
Method

Bring 3 cups of water to a boil
Add Cocoa Sticks and spices
When completely dissolved , add sugar to taste. Strain and return to pot
Mix toloma in 1 part of water and add to cocoa tea.
Return to a boil adding coconut milk and Evaporated milk.
Stir constantly until thickened to desire.
Serve hot
