With roots in the Danish and Scandinavian design tradition, we value good craftsmanship and are inspired by shape, functionality, aesthetics and simplicity. We combine classic styles with interpretations of the contemporary look to create expressive frames with clean and simple lines. We never compromise with quality. The design, wear, materials and color abilities must always meet our high standards of quality. It is essential that a frame is comfortable to wear and have the right fit. By using strong and light materials in combination with the right shape, we strive to make spectacles that create that ‘WAUW’ sensation from the first wear. Color creates character and allows for a unique expression. Giving the frames a splash of color from earth tones to powerful bright nuances creates a variety of frames to highlight your personality. The DNA of Thomsen Eyewear lies in the material of the frames. We have found, that utilizing the properties of the materials used makes the best quality frames. Therefore, we have reversed the design process by letting the material shape the design of the frame. We view it as cooperation between the material’s best qualities and our design abilities. As the materials find their shape we strive to always stay true to our four core dimensions.
