Bear Cider was born in Aarhus, a town in the heart of Denmark. Bear Cider is made from pineapple juice from carefully selected pineapples and yeasts. It has a well balanced taste, because we use various pineapple in our own secret recipe: sharps, sweets and bitters. Production follows the seasons: after harvest in fall the pineapple are pressed and fermentation and maturation takes place in the cold winter. In spring the cider is blended and then bottled and ready for you.
