THANK YOU!!!
Thank you for all of your support over the past few years. Its been a blast to watch out little shop grow. Over the last few months it became increasingly difficult to work with certain suppliers. The fun went right out of the window.
I had to take a look at why we started this and what the goal was. It was never about the big life, own a business, get rich blah blah. It was about giving something back. Which those who visited us would know we gave away stuff all the time hahah. It was fun to do this. That was the best part of it all.
But then the other side of it wasnt so much fun, pressure selling is something that i dont like, do not condone and would never like to be subjected to. One of our suppliers uses this tactic all the time. Pressure selling is when you have the fear or missing out, false promises and feeling pushed into areas that you are not comfortable with. Coupled with tight rules and regulations on what you can and cant do, what you can and cant say. Suddenly your business is not your own.
Sadly when things are not so much fun, then you have to look at "do you really need this" The answer to that sadly was "NO I DONT"
Hobbycave has now closed.
However, never say never, HobbyCave 2.0 will RETURN!!!!
Thanks again for all the customers we served. We hope that you had some good savings. I think we only really pi**ed off ONE, which isnt bad considering we served so many.
