Our goal is to connect companies with costumers/guests in a personal, professional and appropriate manner - and to provide our followers with inspirational posts and stories giving them ideas on where to travel, dine or get some delicious gourmet-products. Another great goal of ours is to affect the fast growing gastro tourism - the world has got so much great food and unique experiences to offer.

We were lucky enough to be invited to dine at Aalborg’s first Michelin-starred restaurant in the ❤️

and his team welcomed us with an incredible selection of snacks to begin the evening — a beautiful start to an unforgettable experience

1️⃣ Radishes with raw shrimp from Skagen and seaweed

2️⃣ Potato pancake with hamachi, smoked fresh cheese, and cabbage

3️⃣ Beignet with Thybo cheese and aged retired dairy cow. Made with our Nordic Chefs Beignet Iron
