I wasn’t really sure if we really make this trip this year because it’s tough these days! The more I am happy that we can continue our tradition to make trips on our birthdays ! ( it’s my husbands birthday this week ✨)

So I went straight to the studio and worked myself through a lot of leaves and gems. And this is the result :

Every tiny ivy leaf was cut and engraved by hand before finding its place around these green onyx stones.

It still amazes me how a flat piece of silver can slowly turn into something that feels like it was always meant to grow there 🌿

I think every craft teaches you something beyond the craft itself.

For me, sawing silver was always the part that tested my patience the most. Years later it’s still slow, still challenging… but somehow I stopped fighting against it.

Maybe some things don’t have to become easy to become peaceful 🖤
