HEIKO SPIKE is the project of German designer Heiko Bauer, living and working in Düsseldorf. His work focuses on furniture and objects, with a strong emphasis on material research — exploring form, texture and silhouette through experimental approaches. Working primarily with steel, Bauer is fascinated by the way light and shadow interact with surfaces, highlighting reflections, contours and subtle structural details. Playful yet precise — sculptural objects that balance strength and lightness.
