Sometimes projects move faster and become more complex than you could ever imagine. But here we are.
Together with an incredible team of 20 floral professionals, we worked from 7 AM until 4 AM, for 2 days and 2 nights and an other day straight.
We battled intense heat, heavy rain, impossible deadlines, and worked on top of a mountain at a height of 5 meters — always racing against time.
The numbers tell part of the story:
• 5,000 orchids
• 1,000 bunches of limonium
• 350 kg of rosemary
• 600 rosemary pots
• 300 kg of pine
A floral mountain, dinner setups, race terraces, and a private villa — all on our to-do list.
And you know what?
We made it.
This project was an extraordinary team effort from start to finish. Every single person played an essential role in bringing my vision to life.
Standing there, on one of the most beautiful avenues in the world, watching people stop and admire an idea that once existed only in your head - that’s a feeling that’s hard to describe.
You explain it. You sketch it. They say yes. Then you plan it. You build it.
And somehow, in less than four weeks, it becomes reality.
Even now, writing these words gives me goosebumps. I hope sharing some of this BTS journey allows you to feel a little of that magic too.
Many of the flowers were repurposed into floral arrangements, the rosemary pots were returned to the grower and replanted in his fields in Ventimiglia, and other floral elements found a second life as gifts for guests and partners.
Grazie Team 🤍
