SAmodular has learned a lot about making proper panels in the last 12 months.
We aim to have the best looking panels available and so took a lot of effort to make those available to everyone.
Making those is unfortunately super expensive and so we don't gain any cash by making them but at the end - it makes us happy to look at them and have super happy customers.
A few pictures for you guys.....proper cleaning before final finishing and a comparison of properly brushed panels against industry sanded "off the shelf" aluminum panels.

Panels being made….5 Kilowatt energy needed for 2x vacuum pumps and a 1.5KW milling motor.

Another bunch of 3-tier cheeks almost finished…a few more layers of oil to be applied with sanding in between.

500x 2N4339 - to be selected for an IDSS value between 0.8mA and 1.2 mA.
Only 1 out of 10 gave me the needed value when I measured the last batch of 2N4339
