Ihre Aufgaben:

- Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung, Angebotserstellung
- Abwicklung der Auftragseingänge
- Pflege unseres Warenwirtschaftssystems ( JTL-WAWI) wie z.B. das Einpflegen neuer Produkte und die Optimierung der Produktbeschreibungen.
- Einstellen von Artikeln in Plattforme wie z.B. eBay, Amazon
- Versandabwicklung der verkauften Waren
- in naher Zukunft auch Social Media Marketing sowie Youtube Channel Pflege

Ihre Qualifikation

-Freundlicher Umgang mit Kunden.
-Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
-Wünschenswert wären Erfahrungen im Bereich Onlineshop und Plattformen wie eBay, Amazon..
-Vertrautheit mit den gängigen Office Programme. Erfahrungen mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen, Bildbearbeitungsprogrammen, Shopsystemen wären wünschenswert.

Sie sind hoch motiviert und sind es gewohnt, selbstständig zu arbeiten, eigene kreative Ideen zu entwickeln und in der Lage diese auch umzusetzen? Dann sind Sie richtig bei uns.
