It's been a long long time without post.

This Sunday, I will participate in the Berlin Tea Festival to offer tea sessions. And this time is going to be about roasting / baking of teas:

Title - A glimpse into the world of roasted/baked teas

There will be 2 sessions:
14:00-15:00 & 16:00-17:00

Each session will be small and limited to 5 people.

Sonntag... heute Nachmittag hatte ich Lust auf eine Tasse schwarzen Tee - Schwarztee aus Bailin, ein Schwarztee Gebiet in Fuding den mal extrem wichtig in der Geschichte des Teeexports.

Was für eine wunderbare Begegnung gestern!

Ich bin so begeistert von Olaf Tarmas' neuem Projekt eines Magazins, das sich dem Tee und der Kultur widmet. Der Wunsch, die Verbindungen zu erforschen, die Tee in unserer Gesellschaft herstellen kann oder bereits hergestellt hat... in Europa auf kultureller Ebene, was meinem Interesse perfekt entspricht.

Tee ist eine universelle Sprache... ein Mittel, um Botschaften zu übermitteln und uns gleichzeitig der Existenz anderer bewusst zu werden. Seine Kraft, verschiedene Bereiche und Schichten zu durchdringen, ist sanft, aber unvorstellbar stark. Und sie verbindet uns geografisch, kulturell, emotional, seelisch... (vielleicht können Sie hier noch mehr hinzufügen).

Ich bin so gespannt auf das, was als Nächstes
kommen wird... 😃
