St. Patricks day weekend - It was a blast again. Despite the "Irish" weather it was lovely to see that all this people came out to celebrate. Apart from my Backline tasks, it was a great pleasure to see my daughter dancing this year with the celtic colleens on the festivals north stage. Thx to all the great people I had the honor to work with this weekend. Thx to the Celtic Invasion for having me as their technician again, thx to the crews from Kilians, the Pop Up Pub and Kennedys - and big thanks as well to the Munich Sessions - Joel, and the whole organization team from the Munich Irish Network e.V.

It's really been a while since I did my last "Stay where you are - I get in my car now - see you in a few hours" amp collecting trip, but so far I have never seen one of these Orange OR80 for real. So the road to nowhere brought my directly to this lovely '75 2x12" Orange "Monster".It weights a metric ton and is overall good condition, i did not fire it up yet as it spent a while in the basement of a studio - and absolutely needs an technical overhaul first. There is also a nice ( and well done ) mod on the amp with a great story behind - which I have to verify first before tellin anyone. So stay tuned and wait till this baby rocks again.
