auf blank closely collaborates with the artists throughout the process – from the initial discussion to the final bag model that subsequently goes into serial production. Not only the design is innovative but manufacturing the bags is also a challenge. Depending on the concept, technologies are developed and existing ones are used in new ways. Moreover, auf blank always seeks to find new and unusual materials to use in individual editions.

In the meantime, three different bag types have been created – box.bag, frame.bag, and tote.bag. Each bag, even in its unadorned and unlimited version, is a piece of art in itself. Additional models are already planned for the future.
