There’s another side to the story…
Most of you know me from Folklore Street burgers, street energy, chaos (del bueno).
But before all that, there was a different path.
I’m a Peruvian chef, shaped in kitchens where precision, technique and identity matter.
And ANOMALY was born from that side ,a more personal, more experimental way of expressing Peruvian cuisine.
Not street. Not traditional.
Something in between.
This April 1st from 6PM, I’ll be taking over .winebar for a special pop-up:
“Sacred Flavors” — Peruvian cuisine & South American wines.
