There’s another side to the story…

Most of you know me from Folklore Street burgers, street energy, chaos (del bueno).
But before all that, there was a different path.

I’m a Peruvian chef, shaped in kitchens where precision, technique and identity matter.
And ANOMALY was born from that side ,a more personal, more experimental way of expressing Peruvian cuisine.

Not street. Not traditional.
Something in between.

This April 1st from 6PM, I’ll be taking over .winebar for a special pop-up:
“Sacred Flavors” — Peruvian cuisine & South American wines.

This summer, Berlin gets hit with fire, flavor, and folklore.
We’re not a band, but we’re on tour – and we’re headlining with Peruvian street burgers that bite back.

🎤💥 Get ready for 6 weeks of pure burger chaos. Our food truck becomes the stage, huancaína sauce steals the show, and you’re in the front row.

The Peruvian burger revolution is experienced in every bite and every smile! In our food truck in Berlin, teamwork is the secret ingredient that has allowed us to grow step by step. From those spontaneous moments captured in photos with silly faces and fun, to the seriousness with which we commit ourselves every day, we celebrate the passion and unity of our team.
