What a nice event, many different ‚boats‘, apparently 93 total, sharing the same goal to round the Danish island Venø as many times as possible within 4 hours.
I managed to win the Wingfoil category and finished 7th overall.
Will be back next year to this awesome format, great organisation, friendly people, curious seals… perfect really!
Okay… could live without the seaweeds 😬😅

Med en vejrudsigt der gav mulighed for at næste alle discipliner kunne afvikles, gav det et flot felt af mange forskellige deltager. Det blev også året hvor rekorden i flest sejlede omgang, 6 gange på tiden 3 timer 13 min og 41 sek. Rekorden blev sat på Kitefoil af James Læs mere

Is this a 100km wingfoil world record? Have you done a 100km session? How long did it take you?
This was the first time I did this and it took 8092 seconds or 2 hours 14 minutes and 55 seconds, including two crashes at the same spot on the lake, might need to go to see what lives there. Tacks were max. 3km long, so there is room for improvement based on these two things alone. But not sure I will do it again unless somebody presents a better time. Who is up for the challenge? 📸 .emmaly Probably should aim for 100km in 2 hours and then make that an official record !?

Yannik Holste und Jelena Duwe gewinnen die Titel bei den Open German Wingfoil Slalom Championships 2024 in Kellenhusen. Der Event wurde vom 28.-30. Juni ausgetragen.
