A closer look at some of the pieces and presentations that stayed with us after 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen.
From Vipp’s Butter Yellow colour moment to the carefully layered world of Dusty Deco, this year felt warm, tactile and full of character.
We saw lighting with an almost effortless lightness at Nau Collection and A-N-D, modern Scandinavian thinking at Form & Refine, sculptural seating at Louise Roe and a beautifully considered collection by De La Espada.
What connected many of our highlights was a strong sense of detail: materials with presence, colours with confidence and craftsmanship that never felt decorative for its own sake.
At Fredericia, craftsmanship is not treated as something nostalgic, but as an essential part of every proportion, connection and surface.
A few impressions from Copenhagen, and a glimpse into the references, moods and materials that continue to shape the way we think about interiors.
