We are happy to announce that Rene Didßun will be offering a fly fishing school at our beats on the Gaula in week 34 (18.-25 August 2024). Rene is a well-known and very skillful salmon fisher, who fishes our beats on the Gaula since more than 15 years. As a brand ambassador for Salmologic, he spends a lot of time with Henrik Mortensen fishing in Norway, Canada and Argentina and was able to learn a lot from one of the most successful salmon fisherman out there. This course is for beginners as well as for advanced fly fisher. The course will not only be about improving your casting skills, Rene will also show you how to fish most effectively in late August. Rene will cover how to fish with the hitch and dry fly as well as sinking lines, depending on the conditions. This is your chance to improve your salmon fishing skills!
