Our last addition to Surf Shop Roastery coffees is one more lot from Las Lajas farm in Costa Rica. This time we‘re going for m Black Honey.
Have you tried our previous coffees from this farm? Both ways, check this one out, it’s a delicious coffee that awesome as espresso and as filler.

When we’re not roasting coffee, we usually try to get out and spend some days on danish coastline. Here a shot from our last autumn session in the beginning of October this year. Hanstholm, Thy district, northwestern Jutland.
Shot reminder. We’ll be opened today for coffee pick ups or just to say hello! 12-15! Coffee to go, matcha to go! You can buy it in bags to make at home too!

It took a bit of time to think and reason, but to keep it short, we decided to give two trial days this weekend.
Saturday & Sunday 12-15 we’ll be in store just in case you feel like to come over, grab a bag of La Escondida, Nicaragua (the very last batch available now) or Las Lajas, Black Honey, Costa Rica or some matcha, we got Samidori or Gokou now.
We’ll also turn coffee machine on thus you can grab a coffee to go or Matcha to go too. We will bake old school hand rolled pastries to it as always.
What’s about next weeks? It depends how situation develops & what feedback we get from y’all this weekend. See you in a bit folks.

Lockdown brekkie SURF SHOP ROASTERY style. What your brekkie looks like at the moment?
If you looking for some comfortable meals boxes coffee shop style in town, check . They obviously nailing it.
We also will be at our place on weekend. Come over to grab fresh roasted beans or a coffee to go. We’ll bake our old school hand rolled pastries too, just for the case you’ve missing it. Sure thing, we’ll whisk some matcha as always! Saturday & Sunday 12-15.

There are still some lush green grass here and there but obviously it feels like winter is slowly overpowering season of golden leaves.
How do you feel this days? Are you looking forward to crisp cold air or days of winter rains?

What a year it's been. Seems still falling off the wagon. 2020 is crazy, but crazy for most of us. Take care & keep going. It’s very beginning of November, what means we are done with 84% of it! Keeping fingers crossed for best scenario for the final 16% .

Wandering where to head off? Probably the last thing will be coming in mind is a second lockdown 2020, but whatever we’re wandering actually that the destination.
It feels quite uncomfortable to think about that there will be less places we’ll meet again on other side, there will be less creative projects, many quite loved things will be wiped out and cease to exist.
How to deal with it? Treat places as people. Take care & let them know they mean something to you.
Keep fingers crossed & hope to see all the places doing amazing job on other side of the lockdown.

Hey weekend! Saturday & Sunday 11-17! We’re opened for brews, old school hand rolled pastries, grilled cheese breads & granola bowls to enjoy at our place. You’re very welcomed to pick up your online orders & coffee to go too.
No announcements for next week yet, but as we’re going straight into 2nd lockdown for this year, we’ll give the updates next week.

Today is Thursday, time to tell that we‘ll be here for you Saturday & Sunday 11-17 both days. Not only brew & coffee but also we’ll make granola bowls, grilled cheese breads, cottage cheese pastries & full Japanese green tea range as always. Looking forward seeing y’all really soon again!

It’s Wednesday out here today, but still it feels like we just closed our doors on Sunday evening. We wanted to thank y’all for the the weekend!
