🚨¡Se viene remodelación de la sala del staff 🛠️✨

La verdad es que nuestra sala de descanso ya tiene unos murales increíbles 🎨, pero seamos sinceros... ¡nos urge una cocina de verdad! 🙈 Queremos cambiar la mesa, poner sillas súper cómodas para el comedor y, si el presupuesto alcanza, ¡metemos un sillón nuevo para las siestecitas del Team entre turnos 😂! 🛋️💤

Nuestro equipo se la rifa todos los días en la producción y se merecen el mejor espacio para recargar energías, comer a gusto y sentirse como en casa 🌽❤️.

¿Luchador o guerrero? 🎭⚔️ En la vida (y en los negocios), hay momentos donde tienes que ser ambos, pero son cosas completamente diferentes.
Para mí, ser un luchador es salir al ring todos los días con toda la actitud. Sí, vas a luchar y a sudar la camiseta, pero el objetivo principal es divertirse, pasarla bien y, sobre todo, aportar valor a la gente! Es esa energía de resolver problemas con una sonrisa, disfrutar el proceso y g***r lo que haces 🤼‍♂️✨.

Pero luego están esos momentos que esperas que nunca sucedan, los días verdaderamente difíciles... y ahí es donde toca ser un guerrero 🛡️🔥. El guerrero no busca la batalla por diversión; el guerrero se prepara en silencio para cuando las cosas se ponen difíciles. Es la mentalidad de estar listos para resistir, proteger al equipo y salir adelante pase lo que pase.

Hay días para dar el show y disfrutar la lucha, y días donde toca ponerse la armadura. Lo importante es estar preparados para ambos. 🤜🏽🤛🏽
