The new 2018 Caving Calendar is available!

Dear Speleo Projects business partner, author, photographer, fellow caver and dear friend!

I am happy to inform you, that since the beginning of March 2017 I could pass on Speleo Projects, complete with bookshop and creative production, to Mr. Dieter Blaha, owner of Speleo Concepts in 91091, Großenseebach in Bavaria, Germany. As a
caver and vendor of caving gear, Dieter is very "on topic". He has been running his shop for caving, canyoning, mountain and vertical-worker-gear for 20 years now and will continue the work of Speleo Projects the way it used to be. Yes, the annual Speleo Projects Caving Calendar will continue along with other new publications!

In addition I will assist Dieter with everything related to Speleo Projects for the next few months.

All of your new orders will be processed by the new owner and invoiced to you from Dieter.

CONTACTS: Personally the owner is Mr. Dieter Blaha, for photo and publishing is Mrs.Sandra Rauch. You will probably also communicate with Mrs. Gabi Blaha (sales) and Mrs. Doris Gibtner (sales/bookkeeping).

Website www.speleoprojects.com will be continued and goods will be integrated into a relaunch of the existing webshop
www.speleo-concepts.com.

Speleo 2017: Caves in an Ancient Land

Welcome everyone to the official page of the 2017 UIS Congress to be held in the exciting, vibrant city of Sydney in Down-Under Oz. We look forward to hosting this event and meeting new and old caving friends from all over the world. The count-down is on! Two years today until we kick off the biggest international speleo party on the calendar. Look forward to tantalising tidbits of the awesome karst and caves we have on our vast doorstep. This is one UIS Congress you wont want to miss!

I really enjoyed watching the 1st Speleo Olympics at the Austrian Congress meeting in Mitterbach am Erlaufsee. lt was fun for the participants and those watching. Thanks to Lukas Plan and his team for organizing a great conference. Thanks to all who came to visit me at the Speleo Projects stand! Good to see old friends and make new ones!

New in the Speleo Projects catalog - Das Riesending im Untersberg. In german with english summaries of each chapter. (Deutsch mit Englisch Kapitelzusammenfassungen)
It details the exploration of the cave system. The last chapter discusses the accident and cave rescue of 2014. 60 pages.

Speleo Projects will be closed for summer vacation from 16 July until 18 August. When we return, our bookstand will be at the German VdHk Tagung Meeting, in Schoenau am Koenigssee, from 3-6 September. See you there!
