The 5,000-year-old quartz crystal dagger with an ivory hilt, measuring 8.4 inches (214 mm) in length, 2.3 inches (59 mm) in maximum width, and half an inch (13 mm) in thickness, was discovered in a megalithic tomb in Valencina de la Concepción, Spain. Within the tomb, the remains of 25 individuals were found, with one male and the rest being female. Strikingly, analysis of their remains indicated that they had consumed some form of poisonous substance.

Notably, there were no crystal mines in the region, indicating that the artisans must have undertaken significant journeys to acquire these rare crystal materials. This rarity suggests that these crystal daggers were likely reserved for a select group within the community, highlighting their cultural and possibly ritual significance.

In the midst of the Great Turkish War (1688 to 1694), Venice was under the rule of Francesco Morosini. Francesco possessed a unique Bible with a concealed firearm cleverly hidden within its pages. The gun is intricately concealed, making it challenging to detect or extract once the book is shut, yet it can be readily activated by tugging on the silk bookmark.

What an amazing find..These coins were in a soldier's pocket during World War I. The coins managed to save the soldiers' life.
