Not all jamón tastes the same… 🇪🇸
We’ve just received Jamones Granadinos (Baza, Granada) — and it’s different from what you know.
🏔 Granada = high altitude + dry mountain air
💨 Natural slow curing (less humidity = less need for salt)
⏳ Longer, gentler maturation
Granada is one of the few places in Spain where
tradition still follows climate, not shortcuts.
Jamón here dries with mountain winds from Sierra Nevada ❄️ the same winds that have been used for centuries.
🌿 Result:
less salt, softer texture, more natural flavour
If you like jamón that is:
✔️ not too salty
✔️ tender, not dry
✔️ easy to eat (even without bread)
