First time making this style of bag. It is made from a pair of pants, the strap is made from the waistband of the pants, it is embellished with vintage lace and the liner is made from a sheet. . ₡10,000 CRC or $18.00 USD 🧵✂️🪡🧶

This tote was made from a woven blanket. It was a huge blanket with rips at one end. After washing and trimming I was able to make 6 unique bags out of it! The inside lining is made from a robe and includes a pocket. ₡10,000 CRC or $18.00 USD 🧵✂️🪡🧶

🌎We pulled together several types of garments to make this bag. The dark blue outside was made from a huge pair of coveralls, I think I actually made 5 bags out of this garment. The inside was a shirt, which had a flaw so I covered it with a cute little patch. The outside designs were cut from t-shirts, a table runner and a men's sports coat made in the Ukraine.

This bag was made from a Virgin Wool Pendleton shirt. The lining is made from a soft jersey hoodie. You can see the suede elbow patch from the shirt on the purse strap. ₡‎5,000 CRC or $10.00 USD 🧵🪡🧶

Made of fabric from a furniture cover, a placemat and a beautiful embroidered doily. These items were purchased from the bin of unwanted items at a thrift store. They were items that nobody wanted because they were torn or soiled. We washed, dried and ironed them, cut out the bad spots and created this tote. It’s a great size to hold your wallet, phone and a book or use it for a quick trip to the grocery store. Machine washable. ₡10,000 CRC $18.00 USD🧵🪡🧶🌱🌏
