⚠️ Important Safety Notice: OFS3+ with ExpressLRS 4.0.0 ⚠️

A bug was recently discovered in ExpressLRS 4.0.0 which could lead to random failsafes on SX1280 series transceivers, which is the type used by OFS3+’s internal receiver.

Anyone using OFS3+ with ExpressLRS Version 4 must update to the newly released ExpressLRS 4.0.1 before continuing operation of their model. 4.0.1 fixes this critical bug. The update procedure is described in the OFS3 User Guide.

ExpressLRS Version 3, such as the latest 3.6.3, is unaffected by this bug and no action must be taken by OFS3+ users on ExpressLRS 3.x.x.

If you haven’t updated OFS3+’s integrated receiver since receiving your helicopter, you are on ExpressLRS 3.x.x and therefore unaffected.
