2. Q: How to get a sample? A: If necessary, we can
provide you samples to confirm the quantity and all other details. Layout should be confirmed before we do sample.
3.Q: How to use the motif? A: Please refer to following instructions:
1: Take off the protective film carefully
2: Place the motif onto the correct position of the clothing
3: Put the motif transfer under the press machine and set temperature. Keep for a while till the glue melts and sticks on the clothes
4: Peel off the sticker after cooling
5: Finish
4.Q:Could I get sample for free? A: Thanks for your interest in our design, if the sample we have in stock can give you for free. If we dont have, need to charge you, the sample fee is decided on the design. And when your order amount is over 5000usd, we can refund the sample fee.
5.Q:How long does it take for sample and bulk? A:Gernally, sample time is 3-5 days, bulk time is 7-10 days.

7.Q: Do you have MOQ requests? A: We donthave the MOQ requests, however when you order less than 100pcs, surcharged is needed. Surcharge is based on the design, about 10-30usd.
8.Q:Could you do our designs? we can do customised item, you can offer us the materials, color,stone size,motif size, then we can artwork and show you if it is ok or not.
9.Q:Do you charge for customized item? A:Yes. Cause customized item is only for you. We couldnt sell to others,so it needed to be charged. The fee is based on the design.
