Notification Regarding the Inability to Deliver Products as Contracted Due to Force Majeure

Due to the sudden outbreak of war in the Middle East, our company's core raw material supply chain has been disrupted. This force majeure event has severely impacted our normal production plans. Although we have activated our contingency plan and are actively seeking alternative raw materials, we are unable to resume normal production in the short term.

As a result, the original orders between our two parties cannot be delivered as agreed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this incident has caused to your company's project progress and business operations.

This incident is entirely due to force majeure, and our company is making every effort to coordinate resources to minimize its impact. We will keep you informed of any developments as soon as possible.

The Strait of Hormuz crisis for Global Shipping Issue - Henghe Materials

Dear Partners,

We have received notifications from several shipping lines regarding the current situation in the Middle East. Due to the ongoing circumstances, unavoidable delays are expected for shipments to the region, including Europe, Turkey, and Egypt, etc.

In addition, due to scheduled maintenance at Henghe's A&B plants, our current inventory is limited, we may not be able to prepone all pending orders as requested. We kindly suggest coordinating with your supply chain team to review possible contingency plans if needed.

At present, some shipping companies have suspended services in affected areas, resulting in a significant increase in global freight rates. To help ensure the smooth delivery of pending orders, we will try our best to prioritize reliable shipping companies with reasonable freight.

For mutual discussion, any related surcharge resulting from the current situation will be shared with you shortly. We appreciate your understanding that these impacts are due to force majeure events.

NINGBO, CHINA – March. 2th, 2026–Due to Rise in Raw Material Prices and Increased Demand, Henghe Materials & Science Technology Co., Ltd announces a global price increase of 15% to 50% across its hydrocarbon resin product portfolio.

This price adjustment is effective since March. 2th, and is subject to the terms and conditions of applicable customer contracts.
