1.When you buy a product, you will receive a successful purchase email. According to that email, you can find the website where you bought the product. You can complain directly to the website and ask for your money back.
2.If the website refuses to refund the money, you have to know what you used to pay. If you paid with PayPal, please file a complaint with PayPal, and then PayPal will send an email to urge the seller to process your order. If they do not process it, their PayPal account will be frozen.
If you paid by credit card, you can directly charge back to the credit card.
