practice:
1. Beef thinly sliced;
2. Add a spoon of oyster sauce, a spoon of soy sauce, a little salt, starch, a spoon of cooking oil, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes;
3. Soak toothpicks in boiling water;
4. String the beef with toothpicks;
5. Heat the oil at 60% heat, add the beef skewers, and fry until the edges of the beef are slightly coke;
