*WHY IS MY MEAT NECESSARY*?🐌
First among creatures, I play an essential role in food and in the treatment of several diseases.
Indeed, in the Middle Ages, I'm even part of the common diet, considered as a lean meat and accommodated in many ways! Today I'm found in France, and also in Mediterranean countries, and my consumption remains mostly occasional and associated with festive meals. 😋🍽️🐌 In Africa I'm consumed on a regular basis.

My nutritional point of view when I'm natural. I contains :
Proteins. My protein is of good quality.
Minerals. My meat contains magnesium, potassium, iron and calcium.
Vitamins. My vitamins are of different contains: B, D, E.
I contain very little fat. My meat contains omega-3 fatty acids, which contribute to the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system.

*My Consumption*
I can be cooked in many ways: with spices (curry, pepper, nutmeg…), herbs (parsley, coriander, dill…), vegetables (mushroom, sorrel, fennel, tomato…). I can just be easily served as an aperitif, starter or main course. Today, even my caviar, produced from my eggs, is consumed. This last mode of consumption remains very rare because of its cost.
