Masala Chai is the reason for the name and beginning of our pop up store Chai Haven. So here is a little information about it.
Masala chai is a popular beverage originating from India. It is made by brewing black tea with a mixture of aromatic Indian spices and herbs, typically including cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and black peppercorns. The tea is usually brewed in a combination of water and milk, then sweetened with sugar or another sweetener to taste.
