Come by the Bazaar of Things, there is certainly something for you. Everything handmade by local artists. Single pieces or small editions, hot-dogs and cakes are also available:

🌈 glassvulvas live in basel at the 🌈

The Rainbow Art Festival, which will take place on November 5, 2022 from 2pm - midnight in Basel, is exciting for everyone who is interested in art. The q***r cultural festival of Switzerland offers LGBTQIA+ artists* from various fields a platform to present their art.

The fantastic artists

About 20 people will exhibit visual art in the fields of painting, performances, photos, or objects such as jewelry and Rainbow Pasta. In addition, the self-made products can also be purchased by the visitors. Furthermore, performing artists will get the visitors of the festival even more in the mood. Eight musicians from different musical genres such as soul, pop, dialect and electropop will perform as a band or in singer-songwriter style. Next to the stage there is a small room in which the visitors are transported into the artists' worlds of thought through seven spoken word performances. Last but not least, the four drag artists should not be forgotten, who question gender norms in a completely different way with the help of their performances on stage.

The wonderful extras

Besides the fantastic art, the Rainbow Art Festival offers its own bar with tasty drinks and food stalls in front of the doors of the old factory building, Padel Klybeck at Klybeckstrasse 141 in building K102. The cool atmosphere of the festival can shine in all its glory there.
