Reel Treats Popcorn and Sweets will be closed Saturday, August 15th to attend two events - and a wedding to boot!

Maria will be ready to party at Cowapolooza with popcorn and treats! Day 2 of Cowapolooza starts at 2pm at Southside Park, and the main stage bands start at 8:30pm. The headliner this year for Woodstock's 125th birthday is Finger Eleven 🎟️🎸 If you like a good sing-along, find Maria at our booth at the entrance to the vendor alley!

Mandy will be in Otterville for the Tri-County Swim Meet starting at 10am-1pm, before whisking herself away to attend a wedding later that afternoon 🏊🏻💍

Recently, a customer asked us how big does a custom order have to be in order for us to fulfill it - and quite simply - no order is too big and no order is too small!

Some orders may require a few days, or a few weeks to process depending on the availability of products, or the size of the order (packing 3,000 popcorn bags takes longer than you imagine!)

Reel Treats Popcorn and Sweets learned that there is a partial solar eclipse that will be visible from Woodstock and Oxford County on Wednesday, August 12, 2026!
Southwestern Ontario is far from the path of totality, so while the eclipse will be quite minor here you should still grab yourselves a pair of ISO-certified glasses if you plan to take it all in 😎

The eclipse should begin around 12:53 PM, and be at it's peak coverage around 1:38 PM. 🌙

Bonus:
The Perseid meteor shower will also peak on that exact same night (August 12) under a new moon. This will make for exceptionally dark skies, offering a fantastic opportunity to see shooting stars late into the evening and early morning hours 💫

On Saturday, August 8th Reel Treats Popcorn and Sweets will be closing at 2pm so that we may all attend the celebration of life planned for Maria's dad. We thank everyone for your understanding and support ❤

Reel Treats Popcorn and Sweets is open from 11am-7pm tonight and Saturday 10am-3pm for all your long weekend snacking!

Starting Tuesday, August 4th we will be temporarily switching our hours for the remainder of the summer season. We've worked hard all year and want to reserve a few extra hours in our days and the weeks ahead to have a proper Summer of our own with our families and friends.

If you need to arrange anything outside of our temporary change to the hours, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
