August morning rides before the heat kicks in are genuinely one of the best things you can do for your mood. 😄🌿

Cycling has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety significantly, and a lot of riders say it's the one workout that never feels like a workout.

Admired community art from afar
got a few glimpses of a Baseball game at the sportsplex
repaired a flat, and ate some jolly ranchers (Thanks Enid!)

Helmet fit is one of those things that seems simple but makes a huge difference. 🪖👦

A properly fitted helmet should sit level on the head, about two finger widths above the eyebrows, with straps that form a V just below each ear and a buckle snug under the chin. A helmet that tips back or wobbles around is not doing its job.

With kids especially, it's worth checking the fit every season since they grow faster than you'd expect. 😅
