Such an amazing day at The Leaf where we were able to take in the last day of the exhibit!! It was truly amazing - and I wanted to share with you a few of my favorites (although they were all truly amazing!)....Brazil topped my list because they used some of my favorite tropical flowers 💐 🥰

We were recently chosen by to review this cough syrup.... so here's our review (in case anyone has been wondering about the products!)
We gave it 4 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The kids really liked this cough syrup, and we would definitely purchase again! The reason for the 4 stars was for 2 reasons - (1) the kids were freaked out by the yellow colour 🤣; and (2) I would recommend not using the cap that comes with it (and use your own instead) as I found it was hard to get the full dose of the syrup out when taking the medicine. Other than those 2 considerations, the kids and I would definitely recommend this cough syrup, and like I said we'll definitely be purchasing again!!

As most of you know - my oldest daughter just turned 11 this past weekend and - after all the parties were said and done - she decided she wanted to find an animal charity to donate to.... so I decided to help her out by donating all of the commission I earn between now and March 31st!!

How did she come about cost l choosing D'Arcy's A.R.C.? Well, she wanted to be able to donate her money to a place she could physically visit to drop-off her donation (and I'm sorry to those many charities or not-for-profits that we didn't pick). I didn't want to have influence on her choice - as this was something she wanted to do 🤗

So how can you help? Well...have you been looking to add some books to your child's Easter basket....or maybe you want to get a jump start on stockpiling books and activities for the summer... or you just need some extra books for the rainy days.... Did You Know?

Every day, 27 Canadians will hear the words “you have a brain tumour”. I wanted to do something to make things better for those 27 people, their families, and loved ones.

This afternoon we participated in the (which we've participated in every year for most of the last 10 years) in support of our niece Mackenzie, who was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour when she was just 11 years old.

I’m fundraising my way but I need your support. For the next 4 weeks (until July 15th), every book order I receive, I will be donating my commission to the Brain Tumour Foundation, whose Vision is to find the cause of and a cure for brain tumours while improving the quality of life for those affected!

Hello 👋 I thought it might be time to welcome to any newcomers to my page!! Got all dolled up the other night (and actually attended a real grown up event with my bestie to celebrate her bday!) so decided to commemorate the auspicious event by taking a selfie ❤📸 and decided to take this opportunity to post the picture - and a little bit about myself!! And the other picture is my reason for being - and doing what I do!! My husband and 3 little ladies!!

For those of you who already know me - thanks for always supporting me - be it with your likes, comments or shares!! I appreciate you!!

And for anyone new to my page - I look forward to bringing some amazing children's books into your lives!!

I've been with Usborne Books (Canada) for almost 6 years now - crazy, right!! The number one reason I keep doing what I'm doing....my kids!! They absolutely LOVE reading - and I owe a lot of that to the Usborne Books they have had access to since my oldest was 4 years old and my youngest was 2!! When new books are released they carefully go through with me to fill their (never-ending) wish lists - and their teachers are always amazed at how advanced their reading is 📚❤📚

You'll learn quickly that I also love collaborating with lots of my small business friends 👭 to help bring some great items and gift sets your way!!

Happy Monday!! I'm going to try something new every Monday I'm going to call 📚

The first 3 "My Favorite Mondays" are going to be all about each of my girls favorites - after that I'm going to start reaching out to my customers to see what their littles are into right now!! Hopefully by doing this, you'll see LOTS of series maybe you didn't even know we had!! If you're interested in having your little(s) featured - please reach out to me!!

So, let's get down to it....what was Ashlyn's decision for her FAVORITE series....well, that was an easy one....it's the "A Sticker Dolly Story" series!! There are 10 books that have been released already (and 3 more to be released at some point in 2022 🤞):

The first 4 books follow the Magic Dolls - Holly, Lily and Grace - in: Unicorn Rescue (currently out of stock); Fairy Picnic; Mermaid in Trouble; and Baby Dragon (currently out of stock)

The next 4 books follow the Princess Dolls - Meera, Sophia and Olivia - in: Castle in the Clouds; Ice Palace; Woodland Princess (currently out of stock); and Waterlily Ball

Next up the Christmas Dolls - Star, Robin and Clara - get a call from Mission Control that all the presents have been stolen from Santa's workshop, and one of the elves is missing! It's now up to the Christmas Dolls to save Christmas in Christmas Mystery!

The next book, Dream Pony, follows the Animal Rescue Dolls - Amelia, Jack and Zoe. Right now this is the only title available in this series, but there are currently 3 more set to be released at some point this year....Lucky Bunnies, Little Lost Deer and Dolphin Magic!
